Chef for an Hour

Day 254/366: Homemade Fresh Spring Rolls
I did a little project for tonight's dinner: Fresh spring rolls for our appetizer! I'm no chef, I tell you, but this dish gave me hope (at least). The ingredients are simple: (1) cabbage, (2) salted egg, (3) tinapa (smoked fish), (4) white onion, and (5) tomato. After doing necessary preparations, put enough ingredients on the cabbage leaf and roll away! Pierce a toothpick at the center to keep its shape. Just two easy steps and you're ready dip the rolls in vinegar to add flavor!
