Morning Trip to Salcedo Market

Day 245/366: Salcedo Market
It's the perfect sunny Saturday morning to make a little sidetrip to Salcedo Market. As expected, the place was packed by people (mostly foreigners) buying fresh vegetables, wet goods, gourmet food and sweet goodies. There are a lot of good finds if you're really into comfort food.

Bought a Book for Five Pesos

Day 240/366: Books
My book obsession urged me to have a little trip to Bookay-ukay this afternoon. The place is just small, but it offers different selections of boos. I was able to buy two books for a total of P25.00. One of which only cost me P5.00 and I AM NOT KIDDING!

Around Intramuros on an E-Chariot

Day 174/366: White Knight E-Chariot Intramuros Tour
Anica, Chai, Kate, Yanna, Nic, and I went on an Intramuros tour the E-Chariot way today! So how did we get in the tour anyway? Big thanks to Kate for inviting us to join her and to Morgan as well! Lesson for the day: The simplest form of knowing how to control is finding the right balance.
If you want to avail the tour yourself, follow this link: White Knight E-Chariot Tour. You can also visit their Facebook page and hit the LIKE button!

The Mt. Pinatubo Trek

Day 147/366: Mt. Pinatubo Trek
The 4x4 bumpy ride, a total of almost five hours of rocky trek to the crater and back to the barrio of Capas, breathtaking views, boat ride to the other side of the crater, rainshowers - It was one hell of an adventure to Mt. Pinatubo!

Culinarium

Day 63/366: Bataan - Pampanga Tour

Today, we had our scheduled day trip to Bataan and Pampanga for our History class. When we arrived in Pampanga, it was around noon time and was just in time for lunch. We had a stopover at a museum in Angeles, Pampanga and we were lead to the second floor where a Culinarium area was allotted for a lunch buffet for everyone. The area gives a homey feel of a traditional Filipino house. Hanging on the walls were different frames showcasing information about Pampanga's food specialities.

Fly Freely, Soar Up High!

Day 43/366: Hot Air Balloons

It's a perfect day to watch the hot air balloons rise from the ground and fill up the clear morning sky. I wonder what it feels like to soar up that high?

I'm going to ride a hot air balloon someday and be able cross out one entry on my bucket list. I promise.
